Access your water account information anytime
In our ongoing effort to better serve you, Truckee Meadows Water
Authority (TMWA) has an automated system available via telephone.
This system allows you to access the following information about your TMWA account 24-hours a day:
- Account balance
- Last payment amount and date
- Payment due date
- Last invoice/bill information
Please have your account number and property zip code ready before calling, and follow these step by step instructions to access our automated system:
- Call TMWA at 834-8080
- Press "2" for Questions about your water bill"
- Select your language preference
- Press 3 to access the automated system
The system is designed make your account information available to you 24-hours a day.
